My budget is as little as possible as I have to save, but am willing to save a little extra if need be, plus I want a Mini ITX to save space on my desk.

The build that I chose is currently based around my Sapphire Nitro+ RX570 8GB, that I recently got for my an older pc that has an i7 2600, but I decided now rather to upgrade to a PC that I can also upgrade in the future.

I believe that what I chose gives me the opportunity to upgrade my CPU and GPU in the furture. I would like some advice of if there are any parts I should consider changing (other than the GPU at the moment) or if what I have chosen is good enough for the time being to play most games on 1080p 60fps mostly High Settings? (Ps with my parts listed below I also currently own the 4tb HDD)

So if you are changing the graphics card this is a pretty decent build. I personally would put forward the extra money and get a 1TB SSD whether it be M.2 or just a normal sata SSD but that's just in my opinion. I play more AAA games on my PC and those take up so much space on my computer that I wouldn't bother having only a 500GB SSD but in your case if you don't plan on playing AAA games on this machine in the future then you should be okay for now.

I fix computers for a government that is garbage. I'm also a certified security professional according to Comptia

Using my paycheck on computer parts and alcohol and since this is a tech form I'll help with computer stuff I guess

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Stock to stock, maybe. PBO to PBO. Nope.

Dont know where you get that figure from. And thats not why one would buy the 3600x.

Why are we paying a premium of about 15$ over other kits?

The gaming plus AC is a better board. Tho it is significantly more expencive, so fair enough.
