Remote server?

Hello! There is this application im trying to launch, however when i launch the application i recieve an error message «Failed to find dll on remote server». I have tried almost everything. Uninstalled and deactivated av, tried changing network and using a vpn. Nothing helped. Im helpless, and dont know what to do. The desktop im using is quite new and top end hardware. What can i do to fix this issue/problem when launching the application??
