SLi 2060 bottleneck

Pretty sure the 2060 doesn't support SLI.

Also, don't. SLI isn't supported in many games, and is rather pointless with a low tier GPU.

Not even the 2070 has SLI/NvLink capabilities, it's only the 2080 (super) and Ti variant I believe.

You seem to misunderstand something. If you're not a tech expert, it's simplest to understand - a GPU can't bottleneck a CPU.

A CPU prepares the frames for the GPU, not the other way around. 

If you go into it deeper, there are cases when/where a GPU can bottleneck a CPU, but it's not something an average joe can reproduce in everyday tasks.
