Corsair CX450 (However, it only has a single PCIe connector so may not be suitable for systems with higher end graphics cards)
The Bitfenix Formula 450W (80+ Gold) would be a good choice if it's available within your region and within your budget.

or Pure Power 11 400w as if a 450w is enough, a 400w is probably aswell. not suitable for 250w GPU or CPUs.

In my country, BitFenix Whisper M 450w is only ~10USD more expensive than CX450M, and, the Formula Gold is even cheaper...  Have a look at those.
