better question is , How much ram do you have?

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

I always use Firefox for this reason. I ALWAYS drop some frames with chrome (r7 1700 16gb ram and a 1070ti). Firefox NEVER drops anything even with 2 8k videos playing. For whatever reason google decided to use a different codec when Chrome plays videos. This codec isn't accelerated as well and thus uses more cpu usage. Either that or my cpu/gpu isn't supported for acceleration on Chrome which I doubt.

YouTube is definitely accelerated on chrome.
