Not sure what “rx” means in this instance.  A 970 requires 1 8 pin power connector, draws ~150w at load, and 250w in a stress test.

the site is in German.  I can’t myself tell if it has an 8pin GPU power pin or not.  It should be enough raw power.  The mobo/gpu together won’t draw over 400w, and a 550w PSU should have at least 400w available on the 12v rail.  so if there are pin outs for the gpu it should “work”.  I can’t tell if there are though, and it’s going to be tight.

if you can read German those are the things to check for. Does it have an 8 or even 2x4 or 6+2 12v to power the card and does the 12v rail have 400+ watts on it.

UPDATE: IMPORTANT!
The thing is apparently a 960 not a 970. Draw is 120-170 depending on model (so better) BUT various custom cards have various power pins.

there 1 6 pin, 1 8 pin, 2 6 pin configurations. And we don’t know which one it is. Power connection needs even more flexibility

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

It will work, but you really shouldn't buy the VS series.

It's a very budget design, with small warranty and not so great efficiency, and which can only reach the advertised wattage as long as the temperature inside the case is low.

At a very low budget, I'd suggest these:

54 euro (from) : beQuiet System Power 9 500w : https://www.amazon.de/dp/B079KBPXZJ/

a bit more modern design that Seasonic below

52 euro  : Seasonic S12II 520W: https://www.amazon.de/Seasonic-S12II-Bronze-Netzteil-Computer/dp/B00390P1NO/

It's an older design but solid, with long warranty, good fan, and good efficiency

If your budget is super tight, then even this would be better than VS series in my opinion:

40 euro for 500w , 46 euro for 600w : Thermaltake Smart RGB : https://www.amazon.de/Thermaltake-Smart-RGB-500W-PC-Netzteil/dp/B0744PFBFZ/

The RX 570 will consume up to around 170 watts when gaming.  A GTX 960 consumes up to around 120 watts.

A Ryzen 2600 with the motherboard and everything won't consume more than around 100-150 watts

So really 500w is more than enough, no need to focus on something just because it advertises a higher wattage.
