Sounds like CPU overheating or something like that.

Should check the temps.

 

Actually SSD speeds are allso subpar. 

Might be the motherboard.

SSD is allright checked, CPU is cheeky at this point, need to find solution asap tired of getting 50 frames per second sometimes
