gigabyte 320m-h bios for ryzen 3000

Dehaka
Go to solution Solved by Slottr,

They do update them,  but it depends when the board you bought was manufactured

deciding to get this for budget build. are the current ones being sold already flashed with latest bios? my asrock b450 was using latest, all companies update their bios on new stock right? will a 3400g work even if it isnt using latest bios? since its 2nd gen anyway...

A320 motherboards will not work with 3000 series CPUs. Its the only board chipset that does not support it.

Almost every AIB has unofficially supported 3rd gen on A320

The real question is if they can manage to extend that support to Ryzen 4000

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

False advertising then or they're going against AMD because AMD says they will not support 3000 series on the A320 chipset. And sorry, it will support the 3400g, but not a proper 3000 series CPU. So a 3400g should work, I overlooked that part of the post.
