hmmm what about ryzen 5 2600x or 2600

nah your fine. bottlenecking is not that big issue, it will not break anything, you do not have to upgrade your cpu in years, but you should upgrade your gpu in year or so

NP.

Yeah buy that rx590 and r7 2700x. Then in two years upgrade your gpu, since your cpu is so powerfull that it will last atleast 5 years

You ought to not get a raidmax PSU.

Since 800 watts is a ton, why not get a more reasonable 450 or 550 watts and shoot for something along the lines of a Corsair CX or be quiet pure power?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

I think it actually makes more sense to get a stronger cpu than gpu. Realistically you are more likely to upgrade your gpu before your cpu and it will be much easier to upgrade that than your cpu which could potentially need a new motherboard or ram. You can't really bottleneck a cpu with a less powerful cpu, you just won't use its full potential
