For all of those people who have a budget laptop you will notice from NVIDIA's newest software it makes your games run choppy and unresponsive in just loading up apps 

I was recently in contact with one of the Dell customer care agents and he suggested that Its the driver as he said "Just before NVIDIA launches a new graphics card they will usually make their components unstable"

So i reinstalled the NVIDIA driver from dells web sight and installed it.

It was a night and day difference I was getting double the fps that i was getting before

Moral of the story ?

Do not update your GPU from NVIDIA GeForce Experience

Ram:16 GB

Graphics Card :NVIDIA MX130

SSD:Samsung 960 evo (Personally upgraded)

there should be a way to install a previous driver update form either the geforce experience app or the Nvidia website.

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.
