Planning for potential new workstation

Hi! I am discussing with my boss about updating my workstation. Normally he will buy a Thinkstation Desktop from his computer guy. I suggested maybe building our own to see if we would save money. We run Revit Architecture in our office, and Enscape as our rendering software. Revit runs on CPU, Enscape uses GPU.
