3200 CL16 if the price is the same, look at 3600 with CL18 or less too :)

the price is like 12€ less 3000mhz CL15, so whats the % difference more or less between 3000MHZ CL15 and 3200mhz CL16 on Ryzen 3000? Because if the performance is kinda the same, its better to pick 3000mhz CL15. Also, my mother board supports till 3200mhz

Oh I saw 3600 on the website if OC and 3000 if not OC so go 3000MHz it's still pretty good :)
