require o/c settings for retro rig

Hi,

 

I've build myself a W7 race-sim/multimedia pc and want to over clock but never done it before and need settings.

 

rig details are: gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3 (rev 2.1), Q9550 (2.83Ghz,12Mb L2, 1333Mhz fsb), 8Gb ddr2 800 (4*2GB sticks - not sure of timings) but planing to upgrade this to geil 4*2GB ddr2 1066 (5-5-5-15 & 2.0-2.4V) if i can find another two sticks, cosair cx550m psu, 480Gb kingstone 2.5" ssd, 2Tb barracuda HDD, MSI GTX 660 oc. all in a fractial design define r2 xl. cpu cooler will be upgraded as soon as i get a chance (probable a  cooler master hyper tx3 evo)

 

anyone here able to help me? i wouldn't mind getting a stable 3.0-3.2Ghz if possible
