Replacement GPU fan - Help with amps

FrankCarolingian

Hello, a few weeks ago my gpu fan started the process of slowly dying. I'v been looking for a suitable replacement fan and i'v found what i hope is one.. however the new one uses 0.3 amps where as my old one used 0.28 amps. Other than that everything else is the same. I was wondering if that 0.02 difference is safe to install.

Why do you think that the fan is dying?

The fan itself slows and randomly shuts off and won't pick up again (causing over heating) and has an extreme wobble which makes a continuous tapping or clicking sound. It never did any of that in the two years I've owned it.
