Server recommendations?

Hi, I am looking for a server for my home to help create a nas and maybe a plex server do you have any recommendations r710?

a r720 would be a good pick. Get 2nd gen Rx20 as they have sandy and ivy bridge cpus which are better

When your dealing with Plex you have to take into account Direct play vs transcoding and how many streams at what resolution. Keep in mind that 4th Intel CPUs on up and Nvidia GPUs are the only thing that can do hardware transcoding in Plex. Any thing outside of that will do software transcoding. So plan accordingly.
