I have G.Skill 3200Mhz RAM, if I turned D.O.C.P on to run it at 3200Mhz, would it void my warranty?

I don't think so but you generally don't even need warranty on your RAM.

That's true,I have four 9 years old sticks of DDR3 RAM and they still work great.

Yes and No, overclocking is always something that can void a warranty but they can't tell if you did it or not so always deny everything if you ever need to RMA.

 

But it is very unlikely you'll ever have any issues from it.
