I had already made a new group/Storage space but after a while it was gone  i tried a few thngs such as other cable other sata port on my motherboard did not work 

i dont know what to do thanks in advance for the responses not to long ago it was here right on the files explorer

What does Crystal Disk Info say?

If I remember correctly thats the exact same drive that failed on me too a few months back
