What to upgrade

On Wednesday i got a PC for free, the current specs are:
Motherboard: MSI 7387
RAM: 2GB DDR2
Graphics Card: An NIVIDIA GeForce 9400GT

CPU: It's an Intel Core 2 Duo (i really can't get neofetch to work soooo)

My main PC specs (it's a laptop LUL):
CPU: Pentium T4300 (2) at 2.1GHZ
GPU: Intel HD Graphics (it's really trash lol)

RAM: 4GB DDR3 at 1066MHZ
Storage: really cheap 120GB SSD

How can i get this PC to be better than my current one
if i can't do anything then fuck it i will probably build myself a pc lol

i don't really know as neofetch just throws me an error

i used slax on my 4gb usb because the hdd has a corrupted install of windows xp

i live in romania and i guess my budget will be 1000 ron
i wanna play games like tf2 and cs:go (i can't even play it) but not in fucking 800x600

Yeah you should buy/build a modern computer but with 1k RON you won't go far

It is but you need around 2500 RON I'd say to have something with at least a decent integrated graphic or used.
