I am planning to upgrade my computer later on and will have a 300 dollar budget, will most likely sell old parts to help pay. I would love some recommendations. I want to play modern warfare at 144 hz while streaming/recording.

I would recommend upgrading to a 1800x or to upgrade your graphics card to a 2060 (its a bit over budget but not by much)

I would recommend this one if you are going for a 2060

if that is over budget then I would recommend the 1660 super

first of all if you are planning on staying  zen 1 i would recommend faster memory or if you can just overclock those.

2nd it would probably be good to upgrade to a 1660 super its like 1% - 3% slower than a 1660ti and will save you like around 30 bucks.

later on i recommend going with a r5 3600 zen 2 is just so much better obviously after you get the budget to you'd have to update the bios on your mother board if you dont have the latest one because b350's dont naitevly support zen 2.

What sort of fps are you getting with your current build?

You could probably get $100 for your 1060 and then just buy a 2060/5700.

Ive seen 2700x go on sale for $120 new as well if your cpu is limiting you. Idk how much you could get for a 1600.

Ryzen 5 3600 is the current star for bang for buck Ryzen gaming, but the 2700X and 2600 are quite affordable. Make sure your BIOS is up to date!

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
