the best python book for noobs

i want a book that doesn't need the internet, like a real book; because i get real distracted when i have the internet, so i need to plug out the ethernet cable to remind me of no internet.

so what book is good for python for noobs?

well.. im looking at this book called "think python" this very moment, but i haven't really done enough reading to make an overall opinion or reccomendation of the book.. but it does seem very promising.

As mentioned your best option would be to go to your local library and find a book that you feel comfortable reading. Try to find a basic beginners book since advanced textbooks will be written in a manner that assumes you understand the basics of the language.

Look for "python programming for the absolute beginner" by michael dawson

I would recommend "Head first - python" but it assumes you understand basic programming concepts and that you have programmed in another language previously. Try it anyway, should not be too hard if you understand python syntax. And its free
