hello, I want to buy a chap monitor for for my gaining laptop, i have a lenovo y530 with an i7- 7700hq and a 1550-TI. the lg 25um58p 25 inch ultra wide has caught my attention. Do you guys recommend it or is their any other better options?

I switched from a 25" to a 29",.. everyone inc me since,...online or not i've asked that's tried the 25" pretty much says its too small after 1-2 days.
If its really a cheap option and nothing else exists,.. i'd still skip it knowing my afterthoughts.

Looks clean because tiny pixels on a 25" panel... compared to a 29" 1080p UWide, but the height is a huge factor.
 

1660Ti would easily power 2560x1080p in Ultra in 95% of games Highest settings for 60fps+ (bar some heavier games and exceptions of that type)

But you will be sitting 30-80 centimeters away instead of a metre or more away due to the monitor being so small in height...
It's not a bad monitor in regards to everything but its size.
