I was just running 3dmark and when i look at the results i saw others getting a higher clockspeeds form their cpu than i do. Base clock is 3.0 and max turbo boost is 4.7ghz. when i use 3dmark time spy my cpu clock doesn't go above 4495mhz, while others achieve 4.7ghz. does anyone know how this is possible with a locked cpu like mine?

Also like to point out that i just started overclocking last week, so I'm a total noob at this.

Motherboard: asus rog strix b360-f

Cpu: intel i7 9700f

Ram: HyperX fury 2666 8x4 gb

4.7 is the single core boost, all core is always lower.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
