Wierd scanlines

So i opened the tv and fired up my ps4 then after 5 seconds the wierd scanlines showed up then after 5 minutes  it cleared up i don't know whats happening anybody know what causing it

 

Cables are the OEM ps4 cables in the box

The tv is rarely used for the past years until now its being used heavily
