Dedicated Streaming Shuttle-Mini PC

greetings,

 

i have a offer for a used shuttle pc with this speccs:

 

CPU - Intel Core i7-7700 3,6 GHz
RAM - 8 GB
HDD - 120 GB SSD
Grafik - Intel HD
USB - 4x USB 3.0 / 2x USB 2.0
SD-Card Reader
DisplayPort / HDMI

I have my gaming pc just for the gaming and want this little boy just for Streaming with obs. He have no real GPU, but if i use x264 , this thing will handle 720p60 with 5000 kbit ? never used a decent mini pc for streaming, i used my old i5 laptop last year but now i want something, what i can put under my table..
 
the offer was 200 bucks with 2 years warrenty.

oh, i forgot: i use a elgato HD60S usb3 capturecard , if matters

it would stream ok, since streaming stresses way more cpu than gpu, but you wont be able to play any modern 3d games or even some modern 2d games without dedicated gpu while streaming.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

its just for streaming. the gaming is on my real pc, this boys needs only windows and obs :)  It will captured with my elgato hd60s usb3 version

I just dont know, whicht settings it will takes

720p60 / 1080p30 with 5000-6000 Mbit is my target.

and for 200 EURO (round 220 US Dollar) its ok for this ? dont found any i7 like this for this price
