The Sennheiser GSP300's, normally $99 are currently $79.65 on amazon. CamelCamelCamel showed that last year during Black Friday the headset was as low as $70, so it might pay to wait two weeks if you can

The main advantage to this over something like the Hyper X's is the microphone sound quality.

To be honest, when it comes to comparing two headsets, audio quality is always my first concern. I mean I would sacrifice a better microphone quality for a minor advantage in audio quality. However, I knew that neither of them have the upper hand, so I started comparing less important things like microphone quality and how comfortable they are. Therefore, I picked the GSP 300 :D
