I think you mean GPU and not CPU. (I see it's fixed)

I thought it was again about a CPU, but it was just your title that was incorrect.

Price?

GTX760 is what I would recommend. Or find a used 660ti somewhere in the interwebs? Or a used 5870/6870, I woudln't go any further back then the 500 series on nvidia side. You can find a gtx580 for around 200 dollats, but I say 760 or 660ti is your best option. Or the AMD equivilants.

CPU: Intel Core i7 2600k | Mootherboard: ASUS P8z68v-Pro | GPU: EVGA GTX780Ti 3GB | RAM: Kingston HyperX Genesis 8GB (4GBx2) 1600mhz | PSU: Corsair AX760 | STORAGE: Samsung 840 Pro 512GB | COOLER: Noctua NH-C14 | CASE: Fractal Design Define R4 Pearl Black | Operating SystemWindows 7 Professional 64-bit |

Please give us a budget otherwise it makes us say to get a $300+ GPU.

Look around and see if you can find a used 78** or 79** that would be my best bet for battlefield gaming.Or maby a new r9 270/270x.  As these cards supports mantle in bf4

But sadly crypto mining as made the price on used AMD cards stupidly high.

If the amd cards are to expensive then a used 660ti (or 670) would also be a good choice.

What CPU are you planning on using in this build?

Main Rig: Intel Core i5 2500K @4.7Ghz, Noctua NH-U12s, Asus z68 V-Pro, Evga GTX 970, Samsung EVO 250Gb, Kingston DDR3 HyperX 1600 MHz 16GB,fractal design define r3, XFX XXX 850W

Laptop: Clevo w230st, 13.3" 1080p screen,  CPU intel i5 4200M(Someone want's to donate a i7-4700qm? :P), 8gb ram 1600Mhz, Geforce gtx 765m, SSD: mSata Evo 120Gb(still room for one more), HHD: 1Tb 7200rpm,

Budget max 150 us dollars ..Im looking used on ebay

At your max budget I was able to find several Gtx 650 Ti Boosts in that price. If you can find a HD 7850 or higher then that would be best.

Any i5 from the ivybridge and sandybridge generations will do (i5 3***/2***). Even the i3 are capable but not recommend as battlefield likes cores.

But i do play bf4 just fine on my laptop with a laptop dualcore i5 haswell cpu

why are you asking for a cheap GPU if you already have a 680 dumbass! (look in his signature)

He is looking to build his son a pc... read the first post!
