I've had this pc for over a month now and haven't had any issues. Until i recently installed a Corsair H115i Platinum. My usb expansion card and all my other usb ports would cut out and turn back on, or cut out and stay disconnected then freeze the pc. Anything on my USB 3.0 expansion card would not receive power. So i remove the USB card. Problem persists. Reinstall windows. Problem persists. Switch back to stock cooler. Reinstall Windows. Problem persists. I've disconnect all but my corsair keyboard and mouse and it still freezes. reinstalled the Corsair cooler. I've run with the cooler not plugged into usb and plugged in same problem. I've run with the icue software installed and uninstalled on clean installs. I've set all my usb hubs to not go to sleep to save power in device manager as well. Ive reseated ram, gpu cooler, power supply cables, and the cpu. im at a loss and I don't know what to do.

Freeze: Usb disconnects and doesnt turn back on no power to usb ports. videos playing will begin to stutter then fully freeze and then a forced shut down must be done.
