Laptop usb ports are still providing power while the laptop is in sleep mode

Hi,

I'm having an Issue with my laptop where when I put my laptop into sleep mode(both AC and battery mode), the USB ports are somehow still providing power. I've ensured that "allow the computer to turn off this device " is checked and "allow this device to wake this computer" on my mouse is disabled too.The laptop model is Asus Vivobook S15 S531FL

Thats not uncommon tbh. In some cases you can disable it in BIOS but if its not causing an issue then just ignore it.

Main Rig:-

Ryzen 7 3800X | Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming | 16GB Team Group Dark Pro 3600Mhz | Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe Gen 4 | Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse | Corsair H115i Platinum | WD Black 1TB | WD Green 4TB | EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W | Asus TUF GT501 | Samsung C27HG70 1440p 144hz HDR FreeSync 2 | Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS |

Server:-

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)

It's normal for a computer to provide "5V standby power" when shutoff or in the case of some laptops to be able to charge from the ports so you can use it as a battery bank of sorts. The XPS line for example has dedicated charging USB and an LED indicator for the battery level so you can use it as a battery bank.
