First time PC builder needs help

VolkLUL

Hello gamers,

With November black friday coming I was hoping to finally scrap my 2010 rig that I've been slighly upgrading ever so often.  I'm building mostly a gaming PC. I don't plan to do work on it or streaming on it. Just games. I am looking to get at least 3 to 5 years of lifetime. I would like to explain some of my choices if it's okay with you guys.
I am going to be using only 1 part from my old PC. A 250gb Samsung 850 Evo that i'll put my windows on. The kingston SSD is more for storage and games.  My monitor is a piece of sh 1080, 24' 60-75hz with Freesync, which is why I tend to lean towards AMD GPU. In the future, lets say 1 year, I would like to get a 1440p 144 hz monitor or at least a 144hz monitor. I chose MSI b450 gaming plus max, it is the only Motherboard I could find in my country that will work with ryzen 5 3600 out of the box. Every retailer i asked about bios updates wanted a hefty sum for that service. I did find a retailer that is offering to assemble the build and test the parts for about 20 euro, which is actually fair, but they don't offer a few of the parts i've chosen and other parts I can find cheaper elsewhere. I'll have to wait and see the black friday deals. The biggest contemplation I am having is with the GPU. Right now the RTX 2060S and the RX5700 are almost just 10 euro in price difference in favour of the RX5700. But even more so the GTX 1660TI is at a very good price for my country. The 1660Ti fits in my build very well, which is why i am wondering if its just better to buy it instead of the RX5700XT and just buy the next supposed upgrade to the 1660Ti in 3 or so years.

Let me know what you guys think. I appreciate the help!

Don't really need the Hyper 212 EVO, the Ryzen 3600 doesn't run that hot. The stock cooler is fine

Kingston A400 has poor longevity, swapped it for a M.2 SSD (NVMe) so less cable management as well. Only $7 more than the trash A400

Cheaper 80+ Gold PSU, rated very highly for its protections and better value than the Seasonic

Hey, thanks for your input. I will have that in mind for the SSD. As for the Power supply i am really not looking to skimp.out on it as Linus has suggested. Also in my country the Seasonic is actually cheaper than the PSU you have listed.

Focus units have some issues worth avoiding. unless its the Focus gx that seemingly has some changes to fix it.

do you have a store that we can use to find a PSU?

Not even 1 of the stores i'm browsing has an english module. Unless you know cyrlic you'd be kinda lost.

If you have suggestions I'll look them up. Again, not looking to skimp out on a PSU.

How about the EVGA SUPERNOVA G3 650 650W?

Couldn't really find 550 units for the other two brands. it's fine tho. 650 future proof etc.

Hope i linked the right ones.

The MWE is the cheaper option.

https://www.vario.bg/be-quiet-straight-power-11-550w-bn281 - I would rather get the 650 unit since the price diff is not that huge.
