Portable Desktop

Being on vacation for a week and starting grad school next fall has me yearning for a portable Desktop. I haven't had any luck finding anything online for a case that also has a monitor built in. I loved the idea of the Asus mothership but.....6 grand... I was thinking something like a pelican case for the structure. Anyone know of any threads or tips? I wish @ltt would do something like this.

So, I've learned that what I'm looking for is not "portable desktop with built in monitor" but -briefcase computer- But I would still like some input into the best way to mount everything inside the case. Also, AIO or tower cooler that is helped with suspension like fishing line. Worried about the AIO and traveling/ leaking.

You're probably going to want to consult with custom modding/build people for what you want. To my knowledge, there aren't any readily available "pelican" style builds out there.

Sure the ROG mothership is nice but do you really need that much power? Any other gaming laptop with decent specs that doesn't require you to sell your kidney should do fine.

The deep blue sky is infinitely high and crystal clear.
