My budget is about $600, so any suggestions for 1080p Ultra 60+ Fps?

Yeah depends on the games but for the most part you could toss a 5700 in there and be pretty set.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Depends on the games and what you currently have. I'd just chuck in a better GPU (like a 5700) and see how far that gets you.

If necessary you can then upgrade the CPU to an i5, adn possibly add another 8GB of the same RAM you already have. If you want to do a complete platform upgrade immediately you could go for a Ryzen 5 2600 + B450 motherboard and that G.Skill Aegis 3000MHz 16gb of RAM along with a 5700. You should be able to get all of that for around $600.
