Do you have a stable clock? What error does it show? Artifacting?

It doesn't show any error, I can still hear the sound but I just get a black screen, I don't know if I'm still able to control it during the black screen though. My overclock is stable, I've already tested it with Heaven benchmark and I've been mining with it. It doesn't happen during other games though.

latest direct x?

Yeah I guess so

is your cpu overclocked?   some games really don't like overclocked cpu's

just because a oc is stable in one thing does not make it in another.  i would under-clock both your cpu and gpu and see if they still crash.

No my CPU is still stock, and okay I'll remove the clock offsets etc and try again

edit: So I tried it, and everything worked fine, but is my OC too high? or why is it doing this

Benchmarks are absolutely horrible for testing GPU overclocks, the only way to really make sure it is stable is to play games on it.
