Using kraken x62 with noctua fans 8700k stock temps just after stress test in real bench look at the middle column those are the max temp

They're fine, I had 75 degrees ish using realbench with a "stock" (+ MCE and XMP) on my non-delidded 8700k using a H100i v2 (Also Asetek 240 mm AIO).

@For Science! question if I delid how much whould my temps go down approx and how much does it cost to do

Hard to say as the improvement differs a lot between people (say 5-20 degrees) but on average I think its fair to say that people improve 10-15 degrees with liquid metal. The cost also varies between how much tools you want to get (I would recommend getting it) so you need:

A tube of thermal grizzly conductonaut

Derbauer delid die mate 2

UHU silicon

So however much you can get it for in your country, for me I think its something like 30-40 euros.

I'm also using MCE

As a side note, unless if something has changed with MCE, it should be doing the single core turbo on all cores so it should send your CPU to 4.7 GHz all cores, but yours is 4.4 and so perhaps is more gentle than my boards MCE.

I have a cheap eBay tool and bought the lm. Prolly didn’t really keep track of my temps for it but wanted to try it anyway.

From what I can remember it dropped 10c overall.

Gaming, running it at 4.5 @1.28 would sit at 60c or so. Pegged around 95% usage.

How did you get such good temps before you delided I've changed cooler fans and changing that stuff improved it but only by a bit starting to think I have a bad chip. Or is it that is have MCE on?

I assume the somewhat low voltage, compared to my auto profile. The amount of cooling I run now and the ambient temps. Only having a 18-20c ambient. An aio isn’t gonna complete. That’s also with liquid metal.

So is the 60c at 1.28v you had with liquid metal? And do you run a custom loop and what is normal temp for a 8700k with a 280mm aio?

Yes 60c was before lm. I’m on a custom loop.

No no idea what the normal temp is supposed to be. You can prolly YouTube the cpu and fine some benchmarks.

No. It’s always on. Never a reason to turn it off.

I'm a little confused a find people with great temps like jayztwocents like 60c stock then I find people with similar temps to me like Tom's hardware then I find people how get temps in the mid 80s my theory is that maby some chips have a better thermal paste application under the IHS than others.

Well there are a million variables. Don’t see why it’s even a thought. It’s working and not throttling, shouldn’t really ask for much more.

True just wanted to overclock a bit if I set the voltage 1.35 temps shoot up to 88c

I’d just make sure you’re giving the aio the best chance it has. Being used as an intake and fans and pump at max. Then go from there. Maybe even do push pull and see where it gets you. I would delid right away but I’m not one for precaution.
