Hello. I would like to know how effictive they are. I know I have aintubluelight build into monitor but it isnt much effective on my MSI monitor as on my Asus one. If they are good please giv me some tips. As reatiler plese use Alza.cz .

I bought blue light blocking glasses and it does the job its intended to do.  Your color will be off compared to without but it will save your eyes.  Then I saw my monitor has blue light settings so I don't need the glasses.  Check your monitor for blue light option to set to low or medium or high etc.  If not grab the glasses for 20 bucks.

^^^ Does knock the colors a bit, but if you get good ones it isn't too noticeable. I used to use Gunnar Microns (the MLG ones because for some reason they're cheaper than the rest), they block out enough blue light to not hurt your eyes, but not so much that all the colors look like shit. In my experience most f.lux like software and monitor settings mess with the colors more.

They have found that blue light doesn't really harm your eyes in any way and its more about how it disrupts your circadian rhythm. Knowing this you only have to wear them late at night (1-2 hours before bed) if you are looking at your phone screen/monitor.

I have some and use them at night and I think they do help me fall asleep faster, and they don't mess with the colors much when I'm gaming.
