Here's the specs before hand.

MSI Z390 Godlike MB

i7-9700k

32gb ram (gskill Trident z)

Rtx 2080 ti

2X - Samsung 860 qvo sata (Raid 0)

2X - Samsung 970 Evo m.2 (Raid 0)

10gtek pcie nic sfp+

I'm having a weird issue with my m.2.  For some reason if I have the nic (or anything else I tested) plugged into the 3rd pcie slot the 2nd m.2 won't read and I'll get an m.2 genie error from msi bios.

If I remove it, it'll boot just fine.

Graphics card is in the 2nd slot and nothing is in the 1st or 4th slots.  Everything worked fine before I installed the 2nd m.2.  Only thing I could think of is the processor not having enough lane support?  Though that should only affect bandwidth ??‍♂️
