i'd take config 2 just because the X570-A Pro has really bad VRM cooling, but spend an extra few dollars for a 1TB HDD.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

i think its a Micron E die ram so its kinda good for Manual OC according to buildzoid. Everything else is just better or decent enough.

i'd recommend config 2.

But I'd also recommend some changes to your storage config

Keep your 256GB SSD and change the HDD to a 1TB Baracudda or something for like 40 bucks

OR

Pick up something like a 1TB Intel 660p or Crucial P1. Both will run you just under 100 bucks, which is only about $40 more than your original config and would be much better.

I thought the x570 is relatively future proof but i dont know i can go upto 840$ for the budget.

It is but the A-Pro X570 is really bad compared to the B450 Tomahawk Max especially at that price. The Asus X570 Prime-P would be a better choice but it's 10$ more than the A-Pro but better than both the A-Pro and Tomahawk ;)
