COD issues

I am having issues while playing COD. My screen blacks out after every death and also switching screens in the multiplayer menu. even at default settings all update drivers. 

 

MY PC:

ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING

i9 9900KF

RTX 2060(yikes i know)

16 GB Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3200

Monitor:  Optix MAG321CQR

 

I had it overclocked until i started playing COD it would crash. Is it just my Graphic card holding me back or i'm i doing something wrong

revert back to stock to see if that makes the crashing stop.

I suggest turning down settings to get many frames as possible.

OK, lets start troubleshooting.

 

- Are all yours Drivers up to date? 

 

- Does it cause black screen issue when running benchmarks?( both CPU and GPU)

 

- Did you update the Bios? 

 

- Whats your temp? 

 

- Did you look at windows event viewer? what does it say? 

 

- What PSU?

checking all those i forgot about the bios

i shouldve know bc i had to do a cmos reset to get the PC to boot

All drivers are updated

Bios is finally updated

No it never black screened during benchmarks even when overclocked

Temps normal not really move running a crosiar h110

Nothing in the event viewer

Black screens come upon death and then black again on respawn doesn't black when in game also I've turned down settings

Nevermind i just found out my answer...my 2060 can't push my 2k 144hz monitor....played on my regular monitor at 60hz fine...thanks for the help looks like im gonna have to empty my piggy bank
