Best RGB AIO under 100

I'm searching for an AIO for my Ryzen 7 2700x. My buget is 100  and It's important for me to have a quiet system , but I really like AIOs and RGB.

What are your recommendations ?

I personally would get this. It has a minimal RGB, but the Warranty is for 5 years, and Every AIO i have had has died in 1-2, so you get a free one in 2 years

DISCLAIMER: I've only had this cooler for a few weeks, so I cannot attest to its durability/reliability.

I put it on an AMD FX 8320 which seems to run quite a bit hotter than your CPU, and this cooler has kept it under 50 degrees for me.  Incidentally, I bought it specifically to reduce system noise, and that has been an unequivocal success on that front.  My system is very nearly silent.
