Two years ago I got this prebuilt PC, https://www.newegg.com/p/1VK-001E-1XMW8?Description=HP ENVY desktop&cm_re=HP_ENVY_desktop-_-9SIAFGW8N95932-_-Product , I wanted to ask for an RTX 2060 TUF, for my birthday. I knew that a regular graphics card would not fit. Would my PC (mostly my power supply be able to handle it?

how would we know about the PSU, they never specify that. What I can tell you is that HP BIOS are super reluctant to accept hardware not from HP, so good luck getting that working. Besides the 1060 3gb in there should only have a PCIe 6pin and prebuilt systems carry PSU without extra plugs, so RTX 2060 is out of the question as they at least need a PCIe 8pin.

Gah, newegg's stupid, detecting location and just giving a "product not found" if they decide it's not available there. After forcing it 3 times to USA it came up...

It's a 300W bronze one, that's going to be an issue with an RTX 2060.

Thanks I won’t waste my money. I thought some RTX 2060 models had 6 pin connectors?

the base TDP is 160w, higher than the max 150w for PCIe 6pin cards. This isnt AMD, Nvidia do care about meeting PCIe cable's spec
