I have an EK fluid gaming 240mm Rad and i want to get a ryzen 7 2700x and it says 105w TDP but i was wondering if this is ganna be enough power to cool the CPU

Yes, it will be. If you mean that will your 240mm rad cool your cpu enough the answer is YES!

Ideally at that point u'd want to add in another rad. it wouldnt be to expensive tbh.

The minimum recommend setup is a 120mm rad per component cooled, at stock speeds with ample airflow. So it would be usable, but it would by no means be efficient.
