Is there any other way to enter safe mode when in a boot loop? I can't get to safe mode even using the “turn off then turn on 3 times”. Whenever the Windows logo pops up, 2 seconds later and BSOD again. “Attempting to repair...” doesn't help neither. It just jumps back to BSOD after a couple of seconds.

Attempted repairs:

•Disconnecting ram/hdd

•Boot using USB

•Running the system with the battery disconnected

Press F8 as soon as BIOS loads up. You can enter safe mode from here.

Purify your Windows 10/11, don't give Microsoft anything that you don't want to share.

When do I press the F8 exactly? When I power on, it shows the ASUS logo twice, then the Windows logo and BSOD. Whenever I try to press F8 as soon as Windows start it only shows me a black screen with a blinking cursor

Start pressing F8 as fast as you can after ASUS logo shows up.

I had a strange thing happen to me like this where I would just get a black screen after booting, but I was just able to turn my computer on and off 3 times in a row, and it booted into recovery mode, then I got to safe mode from there and reinstalled the graphics driver.

It doesn't automatically boot to recovery mode whenever I try that. What I do get is this message here, but it doesn't do anything and will just turn into another BSOD after seconds
