I have a custom built PC with an Intel i7 9700KF being cooled by a Corsair H60 liquid cooler. Both CoreTemp and HWMonitor report a resting temperature of 100 degrees, which rapidly jumps down to the high 80s/ low 90s on occasion. This is the same when running software, playing games etc.

In the BIOS however the temperature is listed as being in the mid-30s resting and when playing games, mid-50s.

Is this a case of the temperatures being misreported in the OS? If so is it anything to worry about?

Bios doesnt report while playing games..........

Also, 120mm AIO, temp isnt too surprising to be peaking at 100*C

Especially if multicore enhancement is enabled
