Frustrating Discord Bug

Hello,

 

I'll explain my bug as best as I can. 

Scenario: I'm on a voice channel with two people, gaming, chatting and suddenly I realize that they're not responding to what I'm saying. I check discord and I'm still connected to the voice channel. I try speaking and still no response. After this, I disconnect and reconnect to the voice channel. I can now finally hear them again. I asked if they could hear me earlier, trying to get a response and they said they could hear me perfectly. So, in conclusion, without any notice my audio is completely cut off without any notice, but the recipient can still clearly hear me.

I contacted Discord and we went back and forth trying different settings, they even gave me an unreleased beta version of Discord, but with no results. This makes me think it's not a software problem, but a hardware issue.

I'm using a pair of HyperX Cloud Flights, but I've never heard anyone have this problem.

I'm looking forward to ideas, solutions, I'll try anything.
