Yep, it should be okay for a couple years.

Hi, I am thinking about upgrading my current system.
Can you advise me, is it possible to choose better hardware at a similar price +/- ...

1. CPU Intel Core i7-9700K

2. Motherboard MSI MEG Z390 ACE

3. RAM Corsair 32GB DDR4 4000MHz Dominator PLATINUM
4. PSU Corsair HX1200i 1200W 80 Plus Platinum

New setup will have to lift off dual GTX1080TI from MSI in SLI with 4K resolution.
What do you think ?

Well it's way overkill, for minimal benefit.  1200w Platinum?  SLI needs 850w.

SLI is basically dead too, what use/games are you seeing benefit in?

4000MHz RAM with a 9700K?

I mean if you want to just blow money for way overkill stuff, then rock it.
