2200G 3.9GHz OC

Deepcool Gammaxx 200T

Vega 8 1650MHz OC

B450 Pro 4

 

The temps stays at 58-60°C, is this okay? It was 30°C if not overclocked.

Under load or idle?

Under load that is totally fine (assuming an ambient temp of around 20-30 C)

Ryzen CPU's don't get that hot in general, so that's a great temperature (mainly because of the cooler too :P )
