Need Help

Hi guys im posting this because im pretty new to PC gaming and my new PC is just about 2 weeks old i had this problem since then for some reason i cant get my GPU tho use 99% or 100% of it power no matter what i do its stuck in 40 to 50 percent i have an rx580 whit a ryzen 5 2400g and 8gb RAM 3000mhz speed and a 450w psu im pretty sure it not a bottleneck because my CPU never come close to 50 percent usage and that normal i have tried many thing to make my GPU use full power but nothing helped so far i have latest AMD drivers 19.10.2 whit high performance mode in windows when i stress test my GPU for some reason it use 99% of its power like it should be but its not the same case while im gaming

Probably nothing you can do about it, that's pretty normal. Weird build btw? APU with a graphics card

Yeah i know its kind of a weird build but i found that CPU for a cheap price thats why

Yes i couldn't find a cheap duel channel 8gb of ram at that time thats why i got this one im buying another 8gb stick next month anyway

The reason why that's normal is that the engine is very CPU bound with bad multithread scaling. Your fps is limited by your CPU's single core performance

So this problem is only in csgo i was playing some older titles and i had the same problem i thought it was just hitting the fps limit and that probably the case

Btw i just checked what my usage numbers are in CSGO. CPU is like 5-15% and GPU is around 15%. Nothing wrong with that, it's "bottlenecked" by my CPU and the usage is so low because i have 24 threads. 10% usage for my CPU kinda means that 2 threads in total are fully working. This is completely standard for CSGO
