Stock 240 Air Fan Replacement?

I have a Corsair 240 Air that I've not been pushing too hard until recently, now that games are being played on the system I'm noticing that the fans are so loud that I can't hear them when wearing my headphones on my other system, the other wide of the room. 

 

The system is still using stock fans that came with the case and I would like to replace them to reduce noise whilst still keeping great airflow. I have no idea what is good when it comes to fans, I was looking at the Corsair ML120 non rgb as a replacement, is this sufficient or should I look elsewhere?

What are your specs and temps? Have you tried lowering fan speeds?
