Server is not responding

I can connect to net easily without having any issues but when we play together with my brother via lan I have server not responding error on  any game.

Any suggestions?

By the way I am playing factorio, dont starve together, dota and factorio but we have this problem on every single game.

We actually solved this problem by connecting two pcs using an ethernet cable and not a router but that way we couldn't connect to the net.
