And if you cannot find the exact match, don't worry, you can find random brand which have the same SPEED.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

true, but don't the timings have to match too?

trying to figure out timings through windows atm to tell @Z_NonStopGamer how to find them (without having to go into bios)

Yeah memory mixing rules is not that rigid. i've mixed 4 different brands and it still be on dual channel.

I know how to get into bios only from there on idk but. So if i am understabding it right i should go with the same or higher timings for best performance or does it not effect performance at all?

posted you a picture of where to find ram speed in taskmanager

just match the speed and dont worry about timings then as these do not seem much of an issue according to @SupaKomputa

yeah just use default / best performance, just make sure the memories are recognized, and the bios will handle it.

you can learn about timings later.
