I generally use Overclockers, Scan or Aria, their choice of parts seam to go on that order too with Overclockers having the most products on offer and Aria having the least, that being said the price Ive found is the opposite with Aria offering better value and Overclockers being a tad expensive. When buying I generally just check the prices and availability on all of them and go with the cheapest. I've also used Dabs and Amazon for PC parts recently too, Dabs are pretty good although they seam more business orientated, for example  they'll sell you most GPUs from a HD5450 to a R9 280, but if you want a specific SKU you may have to look elsewhere, Ive found they generally sell only a few SKUs or generic models.

Overclockers or scan to find the parts and Amazon to order them. I almost always find that Amazon is cheaper... Plus I get next day delivery.
